Unable to create a team in MS Teams

Question

How do I create a class team in Microsoft teams because when I click on create team a box appears which asks me to name team and choose privacy the team type box doesn't appear

And when I enter my team name description and add privacy it shows this

Although I am not a member or owner of any team
