Microsoft Account

Good day

I need help. I have 3 Microsoft accounts. 2 accounts under the same Email and another Outlook account. I wanted to reduce the accounts only to have 2 accounts and closed the one accounts under the Email where I had more than one account. I notice now that I've might closed both? My Microsoft Certification and Power Bi subscription is linked to one of the Emails. I though I closed the correct account, but as already mentioned it seems I closed both of them:

I only want the following:

1. Personal Outlook Account (Outlook address)
2. Business Email where my certification and Power Bi Profile is loaded under.

Can you please help me with this. I don't want to Merge the accounts I wanted to close one that I don't use.
