No email after run the Azure Vulnerabilities Assessment scanner

Hi,
I have a question. Currently I set the "Send scan reports to" with my email address that supposed to receive this scan reports whenever Vulnerability Assessment ran (refer screenshot below).

However, when I run the Vulnerability Assessment On Demand aka manually, why I didn't receive any email? Can you clarifies this? or is it only for recurring scan?

    You have not received any emails as this setting is applicable only for recurring scans where results are sent to the email addresses you provided using "Send Scan Reports" settings. Please refer to Configure vulnerability assessment.
