Sign in as local Windows Account in Office App

In Office 365 Excel, Word accounts, can user switch to local Windows login account if they don't want OneDrive access to show up?
Previously there is an option by switching to local Windows local account..
But now, I can no longer switch to Windows local account.
I want to be able to remove access to onedrive from office 365 app

    You can go to Windows settings- Account- Your Info- Click the Sign in with a local account instead option:

    After confirming that the account is set up to use a Microsoft account, click Sign in with a local account instead.
