Home directory consolidation

How is home directory consolidation achieved in windows 2019. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

You can consolidate Home folders location to Fileserver centrally which is having enough amount of disk space.

Also, you can consider to use of Access Based Enumeration for shared folder in which only users can see folder having access to that shared folder.
