Hello,

Current environment:
2 NOD Exchange 2016 DAG

After installing CU22 on one NOD everything looks fine.

OWA works fine inside domain but there is problem accessing OWA from internet.OWA log in screen
appears but when entered username/pass error appears.
„X-OWA-Error SrvErr:null,ClientErr:JsonParser is not defined,ValidResponse:true,SDIsNotNull:true,BracketsInPair:true,OwaUserConfigExists:true,SubStringFromLastLeftBracket:{"ResponseCode":"NoError","ResponseClass":"Success","Conversations":[],"IndexedOffset":0,"TotalConversationsInView":0}}}“
„X-OWA-Error exMsg=Program is not defined;file=ReferenceError: Program is not defined“

If our network team change 443 owa to non patched server owa is working from internet.
Dont know where to start troubleshooting. Is it network error or maybe it is related to new CU22 option for mitigation.

OWA is working in domain.
Thank you

    Hi @fsdg ,

Have you checked if there are any relavant events recorded in the Event Viewer?

Besides, if OWA is accessed from load balanced URL, please have a go by directly accessing from the server URL and see if it works. If the server url works fine, this issue is temporary and should get fixed once all servers in load balancer are patched.
