Computer has a slow lockup and then eventual crash forcing me to reboot the machine.

I've tried looking around for a solution this problem and I just can't find a proper answer on this, I really need to get this resolved so I can get back to my college work. I think and hope at least I've narrowed it down to either one or two things but I can't be sure. I've noticed I am getting many 10016 events with DistributedCOM warnings and 86 events with the source being CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll. I will post both below in order.

to the user DESKTOP-7IHDDKA\SJF98 SID (S-1-5-21-2542617014-2172825787-2573726772-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

    Navigate to the Windows 10 Advanced Startup Options menu
    Once your computer has booted, select Troubleshoot.
    And then you'll need to click Advanced options.
    Click Startup Repair

    it should be work or try to reinstall windows

    Image corruptions are not the issue. Or at least they are few and far between. And my startups are working on bare bones, meanwhile Lenovo keeps loading more and more "utilities" until now I'm starting to have high CPU, and running low on memory. I'm about to give up and stop wasting time and money on Warranties.
