Cannot find my Certificates

Hi Microsoft,

I did my exams in August MS100 and MS101 and when I go to My Dashboard to view my Certificates. nothing appears also if I am correct if I do MS100 and MS101 I can get a Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

I do not see that in my badges as well

Please can you help me with this i have to prove this to my managers your early response will be appreciated
