I am the parent who set up my children's Microsoft accounts, I am also the parent who gave my consent as they were under age at the time of setting up the accounts. I am also listed as the family organiser in Microsoft family safety, yet I am unable to remove either account from the 'family'. When I click remove I get the message -

Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for ............... can remove this family member. Ask the family organiser who granted ..........l consent to remove ................ from the family group

Can anyone help with this please, as I am at loss of what to do - thanks
