Hi,

I want to keep some of Widgets in Win + G or game bar pinned even after windows restart. Is there a way to pull this off?
What I did so far -

  1. Run Custom Widget
  2. Win + G > Pin Custom Widget > Win + G off > Saw the widget pinned just fine
  3. Restarted PC > Can not see the widget pinned on screen nor I see it opened in Win + G

Example:
I am also making a custom Widget that Draws my mic status as Widget , sort of a hobby project. This only works for me if I see the Widget on TOP all the time. So there fore I would like to Pin it and keep it so long as I dont unpin it manually.

    Hello,
    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

But my issue is when I restart the PC the widget do not stay pinned i.e.

I'm afraid you can't do that, It's managed by system level, And there is no such api could make widget on the top all the time even restart pc. if you do want this feature please feel free post your requirement with windows feed back hub app.

    Thank you.
