I lost access to my tenant due to two-factor verification

Hello everyone!

Recently I lost access to my tenant, due to two-factor verification.

I had the Authenticar app Pixplicity configured with my account, but then I uninstalled this app.

Further when I tried sigining in to the site collection of the tenant, it kept asking me for the code from the Authenticator app, but now this app isn't configured to send codes to my account.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Any place where I can find help/support?

Thank you so much!

    Thank you for your post!

Since you're using an onmicrosoft.com account to log in, you can try to remove Authenticator App from your account using the My Apps page or your organization's company portal to turn off verification via the Pixplicity Authenticator. I'd also recommend reaching out to a Global Admin within your company/ Azure AD tenant to see if they can force your account to re-register for MFA, this way you can update your authentication settings.

If removing the Authenticator app from your My Apps, or re-registering for MFA doesn't resolve your issue, I'd recommend reaching out to the Pixplicity support via their email - ******@pixplicity.com, to see if they can help you login to the app again. Additionally, you can reach out to our Azure Data Protection team (866-807-5850) for further assistance with getting back into your Azure AD tenant.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
