Strange value tracks with Audience Ads

Hi,
Some of our clients are starting to use Audience Ads, and we are getting some strange values for the {TargetId} and {OrderItemId} value tracks in our tracking template. The target id looks incomplete (we see stuff like ":loc-188") and the {OrderItemId} returns a value that we can't match with any criterion/keyword using the API. Is that normal? :)
