Import Linux CentOS to use with WSL

Hello,
I'm installing WLS2, and I'm running Ubuntu and Kali by WLS2
I'm installing Windows Terminal and adjusting it as required
Now I want to import Linux CentOS, in this article, the steps are explained:

Prerequisites to obtaining a tar file for CentOS install Docker, here an explain how to install docker and configure it for WSL:

I am Following the instructions step by step, I reached the sixth step in install docker, when I run this command ( docker run hello-world ) on Ubuntu I get this result :

Then go back to the first link Import any Linux distribution to use with WSL, and try to export the tar from a container by start the Docker service by this commnad : sudo service docker start
And this is the result :
