Network connection was closed by the local system on VPN connection

I'm experiencing a temporary issue when I want to open my VPN connection to a windows 2019 server.

After a switch from a provider with windows server 2016 to windows server 2019, I and some of my colleagues find that we can not connect to the server when we start our VPN connection. The error reads: The network connection was lost by the local system. The error is temporary and comes and goes. If I try to connect with 2 different PCs, and with the same account, one can get on while the other gets this error. I can try repeatedly with the same result, but if I then wait, sometimes only 10 minutes, then it comes on without any problems. The PCs in question are all updated with the latest updates from windows.

Are there others who experience this and possibly have a way to solve it?

It must be said that I have tried many different things, and in most cases, after an update or a restart, I can get through again. And then the connection may work for a while, then fail again.

The connection is an SSTP and we use the built-in windows VPN on windows 10. We use the build-in firewall
