Deployment log file on server

Hi,
I create OSD task sequences which I deploy to 'Unknown Computers'. If I have just created the deployment and then immediately F12 a test machine, the task sequence does not appear as an option. It appears to take around 15-30 minutes before its available as an option. Is there a server side log file which would indicate that a task sequence deployment would now be available to F12 machines? Note - I am NOT talking about content deployment.
Thanks
David Z

    Its MEMCM 2010.
You misunderstood my question. Its not the PXE log.
Im looking for a log that would show when a deployment is actually ready rather than doing an F12 every five minutes to see if the TS appears.
