Question

Does Azure have the capability to setup a device farm like AWS Device Farm to test Android, iOS, and web apps on a massive collection of real mobile devices.

@Chinnu , We have App Center for that scenario, Azure offering for integrated developer services for building, testing, releasing, and monitoring mobile and desktop apps.
DevTest Labs is a different offering targeted to handle mostly infrastructure (e.g. VMs) required for back-end testing and customized to the need of developers/trainers.
