Export keep prompting for login for SQL Reporting Service 2008

Hi All,
Recently I have encountered issue with the "Export" feature in SQL Reporting Services. My website can populate the data out from the SQL Reporting Services but when I click on the "Export" button , it will ask me to enter the credential to access the reporting services. Once I entered my Windows login, I will be able to export out. Appreciate if anyone encountered this similar issue before ?

    Hi @Ros C ,
    What browser are you using?
    If it is the credential to connect to the report server, user authentication is required when you open the web portal url; if it is data source credential authentication, authentication may be required when you open the report (based on your data source authentication method).
    When you export the report, you are prompted to enter the authentication to connect to the report server. In view of this behavior, I guess this may be related to the settings of your browser.
    Please try to change your browser to open the report manager to see if the issue is resolved.
