Surface laptop touch screen not functioning

Question

part of my screen touch hasn't been functioning. it is like my screen has been divided into three portions. the left and right sides are not responding at all, just the middle portion works. before it was only the right side with the issue but now the left side also has the same issue. I have used the UEFI test and there, the screen touch didn't function at all! what should I do now?
