Can someone provide a complete and updated list of CRL Optoin numbers and %variables

Question

I cannot find a comprehensive list so that I can compare what I have in my registry to what should be actually set

I am having problems publishing the cdp and aias to LDAP as well as am suspect of my NDES URL's entry for the crl check
I can manually publish the crl to ldap but that fixes it now I want this set properly so I can level it be and ignore it! Same for the delta crls to ldap.

I am seeing articles stating to set the prefix of 10 for the LDAP entry for CDP but other articles points to 65.

since neither of these are Microsoft sites I would love to see a comprehensive list FROM MS with the data.

I have wasted an awful lot of time on something that was probably a simple task.
