HI
I need to trasnfer a customer from ea to csp, what are the necessary steps? what happen to the vm and services?
I have found this

but exactly the steps are not mentioned, do I have to open a ticket? is it only a billing association change? all the resources remain intact?
do you have a more detailed steps?
