Windows update patch KB5007186 didnt fix "cant print with network printer or new network printer"

Question

When i install the update patch in October, the network printer cant be added, i cant find the reason, so i choose to uninstall the patch.
But when KB5007186 come ,i installed in one computer ,but the problem still exist.

What should I do, I have no clue at all.

I solved the problem.

First, my enviroment is AD,and ad client uers.

Second, i update OS to 21H2 version ,but the problem still exsist.

Then i tried to add the printer by 'use the TCP/IP address or machine name' option .
I type the IP address of the printer ,and then look up the device.
Then browser to the printer drivers' file location(If you already have then just choose the right drivers)

After that ,it works!

But ,I tried on 20H2 with Nov update patches ,it's not work.

So I might sugguest update OS first.

In case installing the update would cause the problem start, then open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try check with your device's manufacturer support.
