Hi all,
I have an issue with my authenticator app. I cannot add my work email to the app because it asks me to approve it with a code or from the app. When I try to add my email to outlook on my desktop it asks me for the same, but how can I use a code if i can't add it to the app to generate codes to begin with.
PLEASE HELP !!!!

I have exactly the same problem. Did you find an answer? So frustrating. I have a new phone and don’t have access to my old one but I can’t install the app as it wants me to approve it with a request from within the app. Please let me know if you found a solution.
