Charged from Microsoft Azure Free Account - Refund the Charges As I cannot Afford these Charges

Hi,

Currently I am studying Azure Technologies Azure (Data Analysis / Database Administration / Azure Administration / Data Engineering),

I have created Azure Free Portal where implemented the learning resources as a Student. But
Microsoft has deducted charges which i cannot afford these charges . Below is the Reciept from Microsoft.

MICROSOFT#G006412336 POS Purchase - STAN (320255) RATE USD To PKR 175.5

Note: Kindly refund the Charges as i am using Azure Free Subscription as Student Not implemented as Production Environment.
