Outlook 365: How to share/organize quick parts in a company centrally?

I already posted following question in the Answers forum (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/outlook-365-how-to-shareorganize-quick-parts-in-a/4ac4f97a-0d03-4696-b3cd-1b00057ec780?messageId=1cc4d789-c3dc-4f46-89a5-4b8a465d5f61), but was directed to this one.
As I know, Quick Parts in Outlook are stored in NormalEmail.dotm, where each user can store own quick parts.

But if a company wants to offer also global quick parts for all users, what to do?

In MS Word you can use Normal.dotm and also Building Blocks.dotx for individual use. But a Building Blocks.dotx can also be shared by a special Registry key.
Additionally, quick parts can be provided for workgroups or for the whole company by sharing a special template as sort of add-in.

Is there a possibility to use a second template - beside NormalEmail.dotm?
Or does somebody can recommend an add-in to be installed?

For Outlook, quick facts can only be saved in the default NormalEmail.dotm so it's not feasible to share Outlook quick parts centrally using a second template. And regarding the add-ins, based on my research, I am afraid currently there's no official recommended add-ins or utilities in Outllook for this.

Given this, you may consider sharing the quick facts in a word document or via mail, then encourage the users to manually add them one by one into their own NormalEmail.dotm.
