Disk Manager not working properly

Hi everyone, I've recently noticed that disk manager does not work properly on my laptop - I simply do not have access to info about my C disk and space that I've freed up (photo below).
My laptop has only one SSD, and it works properly as for now.
I've already tried troubleshooting and reloading - it doesn't work.
How can I fix that?
