refresh via ADF Power BI dataset

Web activity created to refresh the Power Bi dataset through azure synapse workspace .. but get the below error

note: I can refresh the Power dataset from Logic apps I created and from power bi App.. but Not from synapse workspace

    Can you pls capture the fiddler as described in this document for the error code 2108 and error message obtained from traces might help further.
