Enrolling Redmi Note 10 Pro

Hi,

I'm trying to enroll Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro to Intune.

When I'm using enrollment token (COPE), after logging into user account the configuration of the required phone settings begins (as config profile says). The only setting in config profile is screen lock password and device encryption.
When the option for setting up screen lock is started (pressed Configure) - the phone screen blackouts for 2-3 sec and returns to "configure screen lock". Nothing happens.

The phone is connected to Intune (visible in console) with Not-Compliant status. The further creation of the work profile is not possible.

The same phone - when connecting as personal-owned work profile - is working fine (as screen lock is configured earlier).

Anybody has similar issue ?

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

For this issue, I have done a lot of research. As so far, there is no other user has reported the same problem about the Redmi Note 10 Pro devices in the forum.

Please check which compliance policy is not compliant, and share the screenshoot. If possible, please remove the device configuration profile or disable screen lock settings in the configuration profile to have a try.

    Thanks for your time.

    Best regards,
    Simon
