I can't view Alert anymore

I have "Manage Alerts" role as Compliance Administrator and usually I was able to view Alert in https://protection.office.com/ ( Alert -> View Alert ) but now it redirect me to to this page https://security.microsoft.com/alerts and some reason I'm not able to view all my Alert anymore. I'm getting this message and not sure why even though I have the Manage Alerts role.

I'm also wondering if this is different alerts and do we need different role to view alert from the new page or something?

    The Alert system and policies have changed just 3 days ago as per last MS article. I would suggest to verify the current set up:
