I have "Manage Alerts" role as Compliance Administrator and usually I was able to view Alert in https://protection.office.com/ ( Alert -> View Alert ) but now it redirect me to to this page https://security.microsoft.com/alerts and some reason I'm not able to view all my Alert anymore. I'm getting this message and not sure why even though I have the Manage Alerts role.
I'm also wondering if this is different alerts and do we need different role to view alert from the new page or something?

I would advise contacting Microsoft Defender support, as I don't believe that team actively monitors questions posted here. Furthermore, you should get a faster response as you stated you have a tight deadline to meet. The Alert system and policies have changed just 3 days ago as per last MS article. I would suggest to verify the current set up:
