I tried logging in and the pin and key password both don’t work. Lucky I have touch but when I tried to change my pin and I tried logging back into my laptop the pin said unavailable and the Touch ID was gone. And the Microsoft acc isn’t linked to the laptop so the key password won’t be the same, I didn’t change the laptop password so i don’t know why it does this. I’m scared and I don’t know what to do please help
