MDT Config.xml missing after 2107 upgrade

I upgraded to SCCM 2107 and after, I tried running the OSDSetupWizard.exe with "/preview" and path to XML and it gives me a "Failed to load" the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Templates\Distribution\Tools\x64Config.xml" file. I'm not seeing that file, does it have to be re-created after an upgrade?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Templates\Distribution\Tools\x64" is the path for OSDSetupWizard.exe.
    The Config.xml files is not in the path.
    Did you create it manually in the past?
