I have a user that repeatedly gets dropped from a group. I add her back and 24-48hrs she's dropped again. Any thoughts?

What kind of group is that? Have you checked the audit logs, they should give you an idea of what's happening: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/search-the-audit-log-in-security-and-compliance?view=o365-worldwide

Does this problem only happened in specific user?
If it is also happened in specific user, you could check if it is related to Teams client. To fix it, please try to login Teams web client and wait for 48 hours to see if it can be reproduced.
Meanwhile, as michev said above, you could check the audit log to see if there are some changes in your group.
