Why this Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz is not compitable with windows11?

I have lenovo Edge2 Laptop with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz processor, but still pc health check say it is not compatible with windows11. But another Dell Laptop with i5 processor is compatible, why?

    The processors are selected by various parameters and the important one is DCH Design Principles.

    Some of the 7th generation processor and all 8th generation Intel processor are supported for Windows 11. It seems your Intel i7-6500U is not in the list and it might not support the Windows 11.

    Hopefully it might be added in future based upon testing by Microsoft.
