Unsure if you change the language pack for VS Code or the computer, if you installed the language pack for VS Code and not the computer's language pack that is why tooltips are in English.

Can I Change tooltip language in VS Code?
I am using VS Code(Visual Studio Code). and i installed Display for Korean.
I can see Korean Language in VS Code.
but the tooltip is not changed for Korean,
It is still English.
I want to read it through the Korean Language.
