Package in VS Code?

So I'm new to this site and don't really understand how to use it, but I didn't notice an area for VS Code. Anyway, I found that if I name a folder "Package" while using Java in VS Code, the icon changes and I get some kind of notification from "Red Hat" or something like that. I tried searching on the internet but couldn't find an answer. What's going on?

Have you right clicked on the folder and select reveal in file explorer to see what files are in those folders? VS Code shows all folders and if you didn't create them from creating a new project then the only other reason for a package folder is from installing an NuGet package and NuGet package folder is lower case p e.g. package not Package. And with that we need to know what is in those folders e.g. files or folder with files beneath the package folder.
