Irrelevant results randomly inserted in Bing Search API results

Question

Hi All

While using Bing Search API v7 I noticed that recently it started inserting more and more irrelevant/random results in the response. Queries below done with default settings, 20 result count, from us-west.

query: steve jobs

query: swar integer

Is this a general problem with quality of Bing results or something we could somehow mitigate by using the API differently?
