Various reasons could be responsible for the error code 0x8007000d when installing Windows 10 updates, the main one being damaged system files. This can be a result of malware infection or file corruption.
It seems you have tried the SFC and DISM commands. Additionally try these additional troubleshooting steps.
First suggestion would be to install them manually
You can get the updates manually from here https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
Check your antivirus & deactivate them temporarily.
Delete the content of the Temp folder.
Refresh your PC.
Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.
Reset Windows Updates components.

If none of them works then try the repair update.
