While I was installing the 2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based systems (KB5007186), the update failed with the error in the title. I have tried all possible fixes I could online. DISM, SFC, Update troubleshooting. But still no use. Could anyone help me?

    Hi there,

Various reasons could be responsible for the error code 0x8007000d when installing Windows 10 updates, the main one being damaged system files. This can be a result of malware infection or file corruption.

It seems you have tried the SFC and DISM commands. Additionally try these additional troubleshooting steps.

First suggestion would be to install them manually

You can get the updates manually from here https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

Check your antivirus & deactivate them temporarily.
Delete the content of the Temp folder.
    Refresh your PC.
    Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.
    Reset Windows Updates components.

If none of them works then try the repair update.
