Hi all,
I noted that I can not manage Microsoft Exchange Online Rules because I get this error message:
If you're using Edge incognito and this page isn't working, enable third-party cookies.
I am not using incognito mode and I already enabled third-party cookies.
I reset Microsoft Edge configuration and delete all browsare cookies and cache, but the issue persist.
I tried with different computer and browser, but I get the same error.
What can I do? I need to manage Microsoft Exchange Rules...

Which Exchange rule do you want to manage, do you mean you failed to manage mail flow rules in EAC? Could you please provide any screenshot of this error?
In addition,what's your Exchange server and CU version, or are using Exchange online? Have you tried using powershell to manage the rules as well?

Which Exchange rule do you want to manage, do you mean you failed to manage mail flow rules in EAC?
It means that I can not create mail flow rules in Exchange ECP Office365.
Have you tried using powershell to manage the rules as well?
No, I haven't yet.
My goal: create mail flow rules that "move" all email from a specific address to folder present in a company shared mailbox.
For example all email from user1@mathieu.company .com have to be moved inside folder Folder1 of ******@mycompany.net
Any suggestions?

Hi,
I tried to switch back to "Classic Exchange admin center", but Microsoft login loops.
I have already cleared cache and I have restored web browser to default, but nothing changed.
Any suggestions?

Please check if your issue is caused by this: when an admin is assigned with too many admin roles, which will cause the portal to throw repeating redirects error in most web browsers.
This thread discussed the similar issue: Endless login loop office 365
If the problematic account is the global admin, I suggest you unassign all the other admin roles in the M365 admin center. If you are not the global admin, please check all the roles already own and remove the un-needed roles.

Thanks for providing more information. I would like to confirm do other tabs in EAC have same issue, such as Maiboxes and Groups in Recipients?
Please also try changing to Classic Exchange Admin Center then verify the result again.
I can see the similar tip in my environment, however when I switch to classic mode, the tip will disappear.
