I need a new voucher

I purchased a ms 700 exam voucher under my phone number. It's extremely hard to find a time with limited scheduling availability. I went to use it today and it signed in and merged from my email account. I am no longer able to access the test. I am extremely disappointed with Microsoft and that I missed the test since I had to rearrange my schedule. How can you fix this?
