patches not installing on servers even after deadline reached

Hi Team,

we have configured maintenance window and deadline for windows update deployment on servers but patches are not installing even after deadline reached, once we run machine policy and update deployment evaluation cycle manually on collection it starts installing the update, it was working fine till the last month of patching deployment.

Thanks for your posting on Q&A.

How many servers encounter this issue? All the servers or just one server in device collection?

Please share the actual confirguration of the maintenance window and deadline in detail for reference.

Also we could review the ServiceWindowManager.log on the server to identify the service windows that are available on the server or not.

In addition, we could review the UpdatesDeployment.log file and check whether the deployment was set to ignore the maintenance window.
