MS-Teams: Getting 402 payment error when trying to file User chats using graph API

Hello,
Our product Content Manager has an integration with MS-Teams. We have an Azure App for this. Using this integration we can file teams channel posts and individual user chats to our product Content Manager. For the past few days I am getting an error "Payment Required: 402" when I try to file user chat from teams to our product. On searching the internet I got this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/teams-licenses which talks about the allowed quota. I am not sure if this is exactly related to the error I am getting and if it is what would be a way to get past this error.
Also how can I determine what kind of an account I have. What is the quota of message I am allowed to file from Teams to my product using the graph APIs
