Certification

Hie,
Last week I sat for the PL-100 exam and I got it.
My problem is that on the transcript it appears only as a passed exam.
Is it not supposed to show either as MCSA Power Apps as an ACTIVE CERTIFICATION not just as an exam passed as it appears on my trancript.

Kindly assist.
