Install the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell on windows Server 2012

Hello All,

I am trying to install Azure Active Directory Module for windows Server 2012 R2. i had gone through link "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/azure/jj151815(v=azure.100)?redirectedfrom=MSDN", there is a term "First install the Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant for IT Professionals RTW from the Microsoft Download Center."

But when i click the link it says "Sorry this download is not available" can someone suggest me from where i can download the same?

And how i can install Azure Active Directory Module?

    How ca I "install the Azure Active Directory Module for Windows PowerShell (64-bit version)" Basically I want to run dsregcmd command on wndows server 2012 R2.
