Hi,
I'm trying to use form recognizer custom model to scan a tiff image, but the image cannot be processed correctly and is throwing a seemingly unrelated error message.
The file size is 368kb, the dimension is 2550 x 3300px and it only has 1 page.
I tried doing it via rest api and labelling tool. If I pass a pdf or png to form recognizer, it works just fine but tiff failed using both methods.
May I know if form recognizer currently supports tiff?

Hi, Form Recognizer supports TIFF format. Also, it seems your image file follows the input requirements. Can you please share a sample file so we can investigate further? Thanks.
The file contains sensitive info and I cannot share it publicly, is there a private channel?
Since this is a public forum, I wouldn't encourage sending sensitive information. Perhaps share a sample file with randomly generated data? Azure support is the only communication channel that supports sensitive data.
