I want to create Microsoft teams official account in my company , I want notify message to employees same as line application (Line Official). this application support function?.

I’m more than willing to help you, but I’m not familiar the notification feature in Line application. If possible, please give us more description. Then, I could find some workarounds for that in Microsoft Teams.

Besides, Microsoft Teams has its own notification feature, including how, when, and where your notifications appear, custom settings for channels and chat, appearance and sounds, turning off specific messages, and so on. For more detailed information, please read this article.
