NVIDIA gpu VM accessibility?

Hi,
I am looking for NVIDIA gpu vm with windows 10.

This is for simulation on AirSim. I am following the below link for setting up airsim on azure vm

https://microsoft.github.io/AirSim/azure/

but unable to use the exisiting template VM creation.
I checked for all regions where N-series (GPU-accelerated VMs sizes) are hosted as per official website

but it shows unavailable even after upgrading my account.

Request to identify a region or vm type for me for installing and setting up airsim simulator with the above mentioned (first link) approach.

    You may have to request a quota increase on your Azure subscription as often by default the GPU enabled sizes are set to zero.
