Hi team,

Is it possible to sync o365 calendar with native app in IOS using intune. If not possible could you please include Microsoft documentation for reference that intune enrolled devices can’t sync device outlook calendar with native iOS calendar?

Thanks for your help,

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

I'm afraid that synchronizing Outlook calendar data to the native Calendar app feature is only supported with Outlook for Android, we can't do it for iOS devices right now. Maybe this feature will be avaialbe for Outlook for iOS in later release. Please refer to the official article:

Thank you very much for your understanding. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
    Simon

Sorry for the old thread bump guys, But i was looking for the same information

@J-3804 @William Fulmer Yes you can do this now. This is assuming you use the Company portal app for authentication.

All you need to do is create a iOS/iPad Configuration Profile with the profile type "Email" (you can use the templates) then set the email server as "outlook.office365.com". Set your Username and Email attributes from ADD. and the authentication method to " Username and password".

Then in the "Exchange data to sync" section set to "All data" this will allow you to sync all data to the Notes, Calendar, Contacts and Reminders. This will sync the IOS mail app as well.

To disable the default Mail app, if you want to force the outlook app, you need to set the app as hidden in the "Show or Hide Apps" section of the device restrictions configuration profile that is applied to the device/group.

Hello everyone, We have the same problem: I can't synchronize the Outlook calendar with the IOS calendar. It works for contacts. Using the solution proposed by Joshua, a new calendar is proposed in the IOS calendar, but the connection fails because it is blocked by conditional access. In fact, we have a rule in conditional access to prohibit access to company data by applications other than OFFICE. Is there a solution in 2024?
