Azure Test Plans: Copy Testcases in Requirement Based Suites

I didn't find the possibily to copy existing test cases into a requirement based suite (rbts). If I try, the rbts are not listed in the drop down menue for the copy target. Only static testsuites are listed. Am I doing something wrong or doesn't test plans support this way to populate rbts with test cases?
