Exam AZ 900 was taken on 11/19/2021 with unaceptable technical interruptions 5 times from Pearson VUE

Hi,
I am Vladimir Saveliev Microsoft Certification ID: 8368. I was making exam AZ 900 on 11/19/21 from home. Twice passed all pre-exam checking prior the exam. During the exam 60 min I was 5 times interrupted by Pearson VUE team having technical difficulties. 2 times they had no video feed and requested to restart my PC, but recoding was clear recording from my camera and they still having problems at their end. I tried to contact them right after the exam, but whole Pearson VUE site was down and scheduled to be down for next 24-36 hours.
During these reboots and interruptions exam timer was running and even they told that recover point would be the same I sow the timer running when screen was frozen to work on questions.
Please review my exam log and verify that failure (686 out 700) the exam with very close score was contributed by technical problems from Pearson VUE. It is unfair to me. Please give me retake option for no charge.
