How to Setup Kernel-Mode Debugging over a Network

Hi. I would like to setup a kernel mode debugging over a network using two computers. Both computers will be running Windows 8.1 Professional x64. Can this be done and if yes can someone post a tutorial link to get this configuration up and running. I also have a USB 3.0 Debug Cable also that can connect two computers for debugging purposes.
