Is it possible to employ two monitors with Essentials Remote Web Access/Anywhere Access? Our server runs WSE 2012 R2. Both the local and remote workstations run Windows 10 Pro. Due to work-from-home policies, our staff works from home via a remote connection to their office computer (RWA). Is there a way they can use dual monitors with an RWA/AA connection? Thanks very much for any assistance you can offer.

Hi, here is a quick check:
open mstsc Remote Desktop Connection, extend Show options, click Save As. then open it with ".text" format.

    hi,
yes, they can use Remote Desktop Service(RDS) or in Azure Cloud use Windows Virtual Desktop(WVD) to remote access the resource from home.
here is the best practice for your reference:

Thanks for your reply. It applies to Remote Desktop Services, but my question was about using dual monitors with Remote Web Access/Anywhere Access, which run only on Windows Server Essentials. The RDS path in the article you provided was for Azure and virtual environments. This is a simple, single server network (ten stations or so). They do not use Azure or virtual desktop. Can anything be done to use two monitors with Remote Web Access/Anywhere Acess as they are?

    Hi,
usually speaking that it's set by defalt. please check the value in registry if it's "1" which means Enable multiple display support in your RDP file.
you can refer to the doc below to set your RDP file:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/remote/remote-desktop-services/clients/rdp-files

You should be able to edit the default.rdp on the remote workers workstation. That's where RWA is calling that info from.
If I remember right there's a check box for "use all monitors" hiding in the remote options.
